Our team of professional and experienced photographers can offer instant onsite printing at no cost to the venue or organiser! They will come and set up a fully equipped digital studio with flash lightning and mini lab, a choice of backgrounds that can be themed to your requirements are also available. Your guests will be invited to come and have their photos taken throughout the course of the event or for as long as you wish, we are also able to go round taking candid snaps of the guests at their tables or on the dance floor. The pictures will be displayed on a screen in our studio area and guests can come and view and if required purchase their image as a print key ring or magnet to take away with them on the night. At the end of the event all photographs are uploaded to our secure website, cards are distributed on the night with your unique code on so guest can view and purchase images in a range of sizes.

Our Team of professional and experienced photographers can photograph your entire event, from drinks reception & dinner, during awards & speeches through to action shots of your guests on the dance floor. If you want all you guest to leave with a momentum of the event we can offer an instant on site printing package where you pay a one-off fee based on the number of guests and we will print photos for your guest on the night for free! All your images can be put on our website for the guest to view or we can supply you with a disc of all the images of your event.

What we will do...

On the day of the event we will arrive up to a couple of hours before the event is due to start. We set up our fully equipped digital studio with backdrop and flash lighting and also our mini-lab. This is done with minimal fuss and disruption.

Guests can be photographed for free as they enter the venue and at any time during the course of the event.

Guests can view the images instantly and if they wish to make a purchase we are able to print the photo instantly. The process is complete within minutes and produces stunning photos of the same quality and type as a commercial photographic laboratory. Guests go home with their photos as a permanent reminder of the event.

We cater each package to suit your individual needs and will stay of as long as you wish, after which all photos are uploaded to our web site with a unique code so only your guests can view the images, we will even hand out cards at the event with the code on.

The photos can then be viewed, selected and purchased in a variety of different sizes directly from the web site.
